Our Story

Some businesses are built on spreadsheets. Baba’s Bagel was built on something older: family, craft, and community. It started with a father who spent decades in the bagel business not because it was easy, but because he believed in doing it right. His sons grew up working alongside him, learning not just the recipes but the values: treat every customer like a neighbor, never cut corners, and make sure every person who walks through the door feels at home.

Those values now live in two locations: our Belle Mead spot at 21 Belle Mead Griggstown Rd in Montgomery, and our Somerset location at 1101 Randolph Rd, each one a modern, welcoming space with high ceilings, clean lines, and a warmth that feels like it’s been there for years. Because the soul of it has been.

Our bagels are hand-rolled the NYC way: dense, chewy, golden, and made fresh every morning. Our menu spans everything from classic cream cheese to hearty wraps, Mediterranean platters, omelettes, and baked goods. Halal-friendly, vegetarian, and vegan options always available.
